About the Retreat

For seven days, we step away from the rush of the outer world and enter a slower, more conscious rhythm of living.

This retreat is a deep immersion into the practices of Hatha Yoga, Swara Yoga, and Astro Yoga — an opportunity to reconnect with the body, balance the breath, and understand the subtle relationship between our inner world and the cosmic energies surrounding us.

Through daily Hatha Yoga practices, the body gradually becomes stronger, lighter, and more open. Pranayama, kriyas, and meditative practices help release accumulated tension while awakening Prāṇa (life-force energy) and inner steadiness.

Swara Yoga becomes a living exploration throughout the retreat. By observing the flow of breath through the nostrils, participants begin to notice how the Swara (the subtle flow of breath) influences emotions, clarity, communication, actions, and the overall state of mind. What once seemed unconscious slowly becomes visible through awareness.

Alongside this, we enter the wisdom of Navagraha Sādhana (planetary balancing practices) and Astro Yoga — understanding the connection between the planets, Chakras (energy centers), and Doshas (Ayurvedic constitutions), and how these subtle energies influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual states.

Through specialized kriyas, Mudrās (energetic hand gestures), Mantras (sacred vibrational sounds), and planetary balancing practices, participants are guided toward greater harmony within themselves.

The retreat also includes meditation, silence, moments of self-reflection, and spaces for sharing and connection. Surrounded by nature and simplicity, the days slowly begin to feel less like a schedule and more like a return to something ancient and familiar within.

In the yogic tradition, this process is known as Sādhanā (a dedicated spiritual practice) — not something separate from life, but a way of bringing awareness into each breath, action, and moment.

This immersion is not about escaping life.It is about learning how to live it with greater awareness, balance, and presence.

Sometimes, within a single week of conscious living, the breath softens, the mind quiets, and the heart begins to remember a deeper way of being.

“The real ashram is created the moment awareness enters your breath.”
