In yogic tradition, selfless service is known as Karma Yoga — a path that purifies the heart, dissolves the ego, and awakens the silent witness within. Through supporting classes, helping fellow students, and living the teachings in everyday life, the intern begins to experience yoga beyond theory and posture.
