About the Course

Swara Yoga begins with a simple question: What if your breath knows something that your mind does not?

Every moment, your breath quietly shifts from one nostril to the other, carrying subtle messages about your energy, emotions, actions, and connection with the world around you. Most people remain unaware of this hidden language. Swara Yoga is the ancient art of listening.

As you begin to observe the flow of your breath, a new dimension of life slowly reveals itself. You start noticing how certain actions, decisions, conversations, and even encounters with people are influenced by the movement of prāṇa within you. The side from which you greet someone, the hand you use to receive an object, where you sit, when you begin a journey, or how you approach a situation—each carries a subtle energetic significance.
