About the Retreat
This retreat is a gentle introduction to the foundations of traditional Hatha Yoga - a space to slow down, breathe consciously, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence already present within you.
Over three days and two nights, we step away from the constant noise, stimulation, and speed of daily life and enter a more natural rhythm of living. Surrounded by simplicity, nature, silence, and conscious practices, participants begin to experience what yoga truly means beyond the physical body.
Through guided practices of asana, pranayama, meditation, and mindful awareness, the body gradually softens, the breath becomes more steady, and the mind begins to settle. Many participants notice that even simple practices start creating subtle but profound shifts in the way they feel, breathe, and relate to themselves.
Alongside Hatha Yoga, we also explore elements of Swara Yoga — the ancient yogic science of breath awareness. By observing the flow of breath through the nostrils, participants begin to understand how the swara influences emotions, thoughts, communication, actions, and the overall quality of inner experience.
The retreat also introduces the wisdom of Astro Yoga and Navagraha Sādhana (planetary balancing practices), exploring how the planetary energies of each day subtly influence our physical, emotional, and energetic states.
Simple kriyas, mudras, mantras, and awareness practices aligned with the energy of the day are shared to help create balance, harmony, and deeper connection within oneself.
Beyond the practices themselves, this retreat offers something many people quietly long for — space to pause, rest, observe, and simply be without pressure.
There are moments of silence, shared reflections, meditation, conscious movement, and time to reconnect with nature and with oneself in a simple and authentic way.
This retreat is not about becoming a perfect yogi or mastering advanced techniques. It is about gently opening the door to a more conscious, balanced, and alive way of living.
Sometimes, within just a few days of slowing down and listening deeply, something forgotten inside begins to awaken again.
“Yoga teaches us to sit with ourselves without running away.”
